Shipping & Production

     Hi! By far, our most asked questions have to do with shipping and production. We’ve decided to make this dedicated page specifically to explain how that works. 

     When you make an order on our website, the stated estimated shipping time will vary based on the region you live in. In the United States, the estimate will say something like “2 to 5 Weeks” for example. This estimated wait is based on having an average number of orders ahead of your own. If there are fewer or no orders ahead of yours and yours is smaller, you could get it within a week. If there are a lot of orders ahead of yours, it could be longer. We realize this is inconvenient and we are exploring ways to improve these wait times and make them custom to each order. 

     We want to implement a way to get a better estimate based on a queue system where each order advances in line when the order ahead of it is finished. We have been looking for a plug and play method to do this but have had no luck finding anything so far. We are still trying though and if anyone thinks they might be able to help us with this please contact us through our contact page :)

     Other than that, our second (and better) method of improving the wait time situation has been to expand our manufacturing. We have been constantly growing our network of printers to have faster shipping times for everyone. This has been working so far and soon we will be able to get most orders out within 2 weeks. For now though, the current shipping estimates still apply.
